We always work on two levels:

Your current state and your potential for healing (both are always there!)

There is no magic formula to make suffering go away, but there are tools that can make our perception of the world evolve.

I use techniques of psychotherapy, relaxation, meditation as well as healing. We will use different tools depending on your circumstances.

But what is healing exactly?

You suffer from physical pain or emotional distress.

I put my hands on the painful area or on the zone connected to the emotional problematic.

Heat comes from my hands and puts the energy in your body back in motion.

We work together: you listen to your bodily sensations (body, emotions, thoughts), and I also perceive things (energy motion, images etc.). At the end, we discuss together what we felt during the session.

The session takes place fully dressed.
